Here For Students is a public affairs campaign created for the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF) in response to the hybrid model of learning that emerged during the pandemic. While intended as a safety measure, hybrid learning amplified existing inequities in the education system, especially for the most vulnerable students.
I was part of the core team responsible for bringing this campaign to life. Working from the campaign strategy and messaging, we developed a visual brand that felt both approachable and serious, reflecting the urgency of the issue while still being accessible to parents, students, and the public.
My primary responsibility was Webflow development. I built a fast, interactive site that clearly laid out the problem, explained the impact of hybrid learning on students, and guided visitors toward meaningful actions. Clear calls to action, focused content structure, and responsive performance were key.
In addition to the website, I also supported the development of paid advertising assets, adapting the campaign look and feel into digital formats that could perform effectively across channels and drive traffic back to the site.

Translated a purpose-driven coaching mission into a personal brand and Webflow site that showcases Ray's story, offerings, and future programs in a cohesive, modern way.
