Little Steps is a child-focused practice offering ABA therapy, parent coaching, and behaviour consultations for children and families with ASD. Their work is grounded in a holistic, therapeutic approach that empowers both children and caregivers to reach their full potential.

I was involved from the very beginning, helping workshop the business objectives, audience needs, and core brand attributes. We needed a brand that could hold a very sensitive, often overwhelming phase of life for parents—reassuring, professional, and hopeful at the same time.

From that strategy, I designed a fun, clean visual identity anchored by a calm, friendly elephant character who became central to the brand. This mascot gives Little Steps a gentle, approachable face, with plenty of room to grow into future storytelling, resources, and products.

On the digital side, I built a Webflow website focused on lead generation and clarity—making it easy for parents to understand services and quickly book discovery calls. Clear pathways, simple language, and reassuring visuals help remove friction at a stressful moment in their journey.

I continue to support Little Steps as they move into their next phase: content development, online offerings, and paid advertising, ensuring the brand stays consistent and impactful as it scales.
