Kindred Works is reimagining rental housing to benefit both people and planet, creating thoughtfully planned homes that support community well-being and a climate-safe future.
My role was to migrate their digital presence onto Webflow, covering two connected sites: Kindred Works and Heartwood Trust. The challenge was to keep both sites aligned while giving the team flexibility to grow.
I implemented a shared Webflow architecture, with common base components and layouts that are reused across both brands. The most critical part of the build was the project system. Each housing project moves through multiple phases over time, so I designed a robust CMS structure that allows the team to update status, content, and visuals in one place and reflect those changes consistently across both sites.
The result is a scalable, maintainable Webflow setup that supports Kindred Works in telling the story of their projects clearly while keeping day-to-day updates simple for the internal team.
