Ritual is a food ordering and pickup app that connects busy professionals with their favourite local restaurants. As their new marketing team came in, they wanted more control: a Webflow-based site that was easy to manage, quick to update, and strongly aligned with the in-app experience.
Over two years, I supported Ritual in launching their new Webflow marketing site and evolving it alongside their growth. I set up a structured, system-driven Webflow build—with reusable components, clear page templates, and logical content management—so the team could ship updates without relying on developers for every change.
A key focus was creating a seamless handoff between the marketing site and the app. We designed flows where users could move smoothly from learning about Ritual to landing inside the app experience with clear, contextual next steps.
I also designed and built special offer and campaign pages to support SMS marketing, restaurant partnerships, and acquisition pushes—pages optimised to drive app downloads, re-engagement, and time in app. The result was a flexible marketing platform that could keep pace with Ritual’s product and growth roadmap.
