Patch is a long-standing recruiting firm that needed a brand identity to match the quality of its reputation and the expectations of a modern talent market. They were evolving, but their visual identity and messaging hadn’t kept pace.

We partnered with Patch to rethink their brand from the ground up—starting with voice and tone. Together, we defined how Patch should sound: confident but approachable, expert but human, speaking clearly to both hiring teams and candidates.

From there, we developed a complete brand identity system, including logo, colour palette, typography, and visual language that feels contemporary without losing the trust and stability of an established firm. The new identity was designed to flex across sales decks, marketing collateral, and especially their website.

We then supported Patch’s web development team in applying the brand across their new site, ensuring consistency in layout, components, and messaging. The result is a cohesive, modern brand that lets Patch stand proudly alongside today’s leading recruiting firms.
